Super cute painting! Thanks for contacting me. While it will not be February freezing when you visit Boston, it's really hard to tell just how cold/warm it will be so I'd ere on the side of caution. Maybe light winter jackets or, my favorite, a puffy down vest if you've got them which I'd imagine you wouldn't in Hawaii!
I guess the main key is layers. Lots of long-sleeved shirts and hooded sweatshirts and you should be fine :)
Hope all goes well with the specialist. Make sure you visit Modern Pastry when you are in the North End!
